Here's the fine print: Give us the person's details before we make first contact with them. So in other words, the new referral must be someone we have not done business with before. You can supply their details by phone, fax, email, or text msg. The referral must end up being a full paying job for us- the leads have to become a paying client, to count as a successful lead.
